Step 1: To buy - Click on 'add to basket' if add to basket sign is in front of the dress.
Step 2: Complete the payment transaction. You should be able to pay by credit card.
Step 3: Click on the Measurement Form and send your actual body measurements.

What is the standard size of your outfits? (Actual Body measurements in inches)
We will need your actual body measurements. Please see our measurement form. This standard size measurements is only given for situations when taking the measurements is not possible. Like the person for whom you are ordering the dress is not available for taking the measurements.

What is the lead time for delivery?

Our normal delivery time for Bridal dresses is 4-6 weeks and one week for delivery by courier. However, we can deliver the dress earlier . We do URGENT orders also.

Please ask us regarding the delivery date you want and we will confirm if we could give you earlier or not.

In what currency will I be charged for the purchases I make?

The Credit card authorization of your card will be taken in your local currency by ICICI Payment Gateway, our payment gateway-enabling partner. You will be charged your local currency equivalent of the Indian Rupee. Do you deliver worldwide?

All our products are delivered worldwide using DHL , UPS and TNT couriers depending on the country where their services are better. When we quote the price the courier charge is always extra depending on the country and the weight of the dress.

Do I have to pay customs duty at my end?

Many countries do not charge duty on garments for personal use. Other countries charge a very nominal duty. We will be more than happy to help you minimize payment of duty wherever possible. Till now, we have not heard any of our U.S.A., Canadian or U.K. patrons having to pay any Customs Duty on our products. However these levies, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

How is my order delivered to me?

Our couriers are Fed Ex and TNT . Note that the delivery of the items will not be attempted on Sundays or on any public holidays due to unavailability of courier service.

Yes, You can ask us for the change . also send the measurements accordingly. While most changes are free of cost, any substantial changes resulting in extra cost for us may result in a
marginal change in price. Details of ALL Changes/ Special Instructions MUST be repeated via email after order.

If you have problem sending the actual body measurements then you can let us know the size you would like to have. Since all our dresses are custom made as per the actual body measurements supplied by you , we encourage customers to give their actual body measurements for a perfect fit.

Can you make a dress which is not on your website?

Maxim Styles team of fashion desigers are always available to customize your dress.We are expert in making any dress of your choice.

a.. You may wish to modify the design (embroidery, pattern, fabric) of a showcased outfit at Maxim Styles eg. you may wish to add sleeves to a sleeveless blouse, or

b.. You have a specific occasion coming up, such as a wedding, and you would like our team of designers to design something specifically to your taste. All the above (and more!) can be achieved very easily by placing a Custom Order.

Please follow the steps below to make your very own personalized purchase:

1.. Send us an email describing your requirements in detail. Our ability to serve you better will be greatly enhanced by the specific information you are able to provide. Therefore, please do take the time to be as specific as possible.

2.. Based on your requirement, our designers will select or design the appropriate outfits/accessories/jewelry that are in tune with your expectation.

What are the shipping charges ?

Shipping charges is NOT included in the price. Shipping charge is extra. Shipping charges will vary from country to country and on the weight of the dress.

For a normal dress to USA it will be US$ 35 . and for UK it will be 20 Pounds. For heavier dresses the courier charge may increase depending on the weight of the dress.

Can we pay in other currency other than Us Dollars ?

No matter from which part of the world (except India) you place an order , the amount debited from your account will be in your local currency (approximately) equivalent to the US Dollar price of the item ordered.

Please note that all currency conversions are estimated and the price that you see will be close to the actual price, but not
necessarily the exact price of an item.

The final price of an item is the INR value converted from the US$ price displayed on the site and is dependant on the exchange rate prevailing between the US$ and the Indian Rupee.

This INR value is what is charged to the client, and is credited to us. Any difference between this amount and the amount on a client's credit card statement is attributed to bank charges/commission for currency conversion. Maxim Styles has no say or control in determining what these charges are and it is understood that the customer will bear these charges (if any).

Do you have a catalogue ?

Since we keep on adding New styles frequently to our collection. A printed catalougue becomes outdated very soon. So we don't print the catalouges.
